At Soles we strive to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible, but unfortunately mistakes do happen
If you did not receive the product you ordered, or if the product you received is in poor condition please contact our Customer Service Dept @ 1-888-388-6782
We will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to ship your product back to us, and we will ship you a new product at no additional cost.

Returns being made for any other reason than above can be made within 30 days of delivery at the customers shipping expense. The returned product(s) must meet the below criteria:
-          Must be placed in original packaging
-          Must be in new and unused condition
Shipping Requirements
Packing Slips need to be placed in all returned packages. If you’ve misplaced your packing slip please write your order number on a sheet of paper and place inside the package. If you’re unsure of your order number, please call us and we will help!
