Return Scenarios:
C’mon Soles you messed up.
At Soles we strive to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible, but unfortunately mistakes do happen.
If you did not receive the product you ordered, or if the product you received is in not brand new, please contact our Customer Service Dept at 1-888-388-6782 or email us at support@soles.com
Provided we are notified within the 30 day return window, you will be provided with a free return label to get the shoes back to us for either an exchange or full refund.
I changed my mind. Will you cover my return shipping?
Yes! We cover return shipping for all returns made within the 30 day return period ONLY if the following conditions are met:
-          The product must be unworn and undamaged in any way.
-          The product is in it's original packaging.
-          Shoeboxes must be returned in new undamaged condition!
-          The product is being returned within 30 days of arriving at your shipping address, verified by your tracking number.
What if I return my product after 30 days?
If you return your product outside of the return window, you will be refunded and charged a 60% restocking fee.
-          The product is brand new but returned outside of 30 days: 50% restocking fee.
Shipping Requirements
Packing slips need to be placed in all returned packages. If you’ve misplaced your packing slip please write your order number on a sheet of paper and place inside the package. If you’re unsure of your order number, please call us and we will help!
